I cannot say enough good things about Construction Specialties. They were flexible and very patient throughout every phase of this project. There were a number of different crafts involved in the project: plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters and tile installation experts. All were outstanding. The tile installers were particularly impressive as was the cabinet maker/installer. (This one is a true craftsman). Bottom line: Construction Specialties is highly recommended. They display great professionalism and high integrity. They are flexible and will work with you throughout a project.

I would highly recommend [CSI] to anyone looking for someone to do anything from a small addition or roof replacement up to and including a complete new home construction.

Construction Specialties employees and sub-contractors were prompt, courteous and the quality of their work is outstanding. I was at home for a large part of the project and saw first-hand the quality standards they held for their work. Each worker would inspect his own work and if anything was not up to his standards he routinely fixed it before continuing. I am pleased with the work that was done. My 40 year-old house looks new.

This is a top notch organization which delivers not only to the specifications of the contract but on all promises and strives to ensure that you are extremely satisfied with the work at all phases of their work. In summary we are extremely satisfied with the work Construction Specialties did for us. They sat down with us and listened to our needs and expectations and came back with design proposals. Once we were in agreement, they began almost immediately and kept to, if not exceeded, all schedules and expectations. This is a quality organization that has top level professional quality people and is extremely concerned about satisfying you. Throughout the project I cannot recall the number of times I was asked how I thought things were going or if I was satisfied not only by the owner of Construction Specialties but by the individuals that were on site at that point in time, be it the framer, painter, mason, drywallers, etc. Everyone is committed to the delivery of a quality product and concerned about your time line. The phrase “it’s good enough” does not exist in their vocabulary.

They are honest and reliable. I would use [CSI] again for other work when needed in the future.
